Shipping policy

We deliver our products to your place of convenience around the valley and in Nepal. We also offer international shipping options.

Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days and should reach you in 3 to 7 days depending on what option is most feasible to you.

Items that are made-to-order will be commissioned by you when you place your order, and therefore will take longer to produce and ship. For more information, please write to us on info@nenepal.com

In the valley, delivery will be taken care of in three working days and done via partners like Zippy who charge somewhere between Rs.100-300 depending on the address.

You can also choose our Local Pick up Option during check out. 

International Shipping

We provide two options of international shipping, by air or by land/sea.

By land, it takes about 60 -90 days depending on the country one orders from. The prices are affordable and are calculated at the time of check out.

By air, the orders are dispatched from our end with 3 working days and delivery time takes maximum 15 days anywhere in the world. The products reach you in no time. Our international Express deliveries are handled by Nepal Govt. Postal services through its global network of National Postal and Delivery agencies.
